Here at DanceSportPhoto.net we understand, (and encourage), the need for couples to publicise themselves and in so doing promote DanceSport in general. So whilst we need to turn a profit to keep doing what we do our Photo Policy is designed to to assist couples with their own promotion.

Permission to reproduce Photos, Images and Artwork is only given in writing.

To receive permission from us for your photo just write or email us with the Identification Number and Description of the Photo.

Permission to reproduce the image for promotional purposes will be granted on the following conditions;

1) The photograph(s) / image(s) may only be reproduced for   promotional purposes and not monetary gain.

2) The photograph(s) / image(s) may only be used by the person or persons appearing within the photograph.

3) One of the following bylines must appear with the photograph(s) / image(s) when reproduced:

a) "Photograph courtesy of DanceSportPhoto.net"
b) "Photograph by DanceSportPhoto.net", or

c) simply place "DanceSportPhoto.net" somewhere visible

 

4) This permission does in no way transfer the intellectual property of the photograph(s) / image(s) to the publisher.

5) The written letter of permission must be supplied to the publisher with the photo(s) to be published.
